The Pair.
The progression of photographs shows the development of the site from a series of wooden huts and tents in 1920 to the significant site that existed by 1934. The photograph for 1926 shows a de Havilland DH.60 Moth coming in to land approaching the site.
The pair of frames gives the impression of having come out of a boardroom.
