The Arachnanthe Lowii is a type of orchid first described by Lindley.
The Orchid Review for 1922 states that-"Arachnanthe Lowii; from Sir Jeremiah Colman, Bart, Gatton Park, Surrey. The above medal was awarded to Mr J. Collier, who had cultivated this rare plant so well that it consisted of three stout stems,"
Coleman specialised in breeding yellow orchids.
